This project involved the construction of a single storey rear extension to a detached house, a smaller conservatory having previously occupied some of the space. Along the side of the property a separate living space has been created, with its own bathroom, bedroom and utility room and accessed by its own front door. A new roof has been put over this area. A new porch has also been added to the front of the property and a new set of stairs have been installed.
