Matt has two catchphrases, one of them he would say to me every time I threw a problem or concern his way - “Don’t worry, we’ll sort it”. I have to admit that at the start of the build, it made me nervous. I quickly learned that he meant what he said and I had no need to worry. Every single time, he came through and he sorted it out. Never was he the cause of a problem, but often he would have the solution. There are at least 2 or 3 really significant parts of our project that could have gone badly if Matt hadn’t spotted issues early and found a solution.
His other catchphrase is “Not a problem”… and it never was. When we asked for something, it was sorted. Most of the time we didn’t even have to ask. Matt is too much of a perfectionist and takes too much pride in his work not to sort anything that wasn’t just so. Our plumber told me that Matt’s brickwork was the best he’d ever seen after several decades in the trade. The quality is extremely high and we are delighted with the outcome

Matt and his team built an extension to incorporate a kitchen/diner and utility room. From start to finish, the project has been managed efficiently and professionally. The team were all exceptionally competent, pleasant to deal with and the site was left clean and tidy every day.
My resulting extension has been admired by the neighbours and blends in very well to its surroundings.
Matt has been in communication throughout, available for advice and absolutely unflappable. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend his services.

Garage conversion - Outstanding!!
Matt runs his company like a maestro at the London philharmonic, never missed a beat and timed to perfection.
From initial conversation to completing the works, we were kept fully informed of what was happening and when, never failing to do what they said.
I can highly recommend all the trades used, who all did an amazing job and left our home tidied up every night as Matt expected.
Outstanding company to deal with and would definitely be the first contact should we need anything doing again.
My snagging list at the end of the job was blank, not one thing needed doing.

The project was a two storey extension that extended out the back and down the side of their house. The quality of the work and service has been incredible, everything has been done to such a high standard. The customer service has been impeccable. We very time any question or issue has popped up there has always been a fast and efficient solution. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Matt come highly recommended to me from two people, on meeting Matt i could see why, very knowledgable and explained all works in depth, quote arrived quickly and was around the higher end of the figure we expected but this clearly has reasons, all the works were to a high standard and quality materials used mainly from travis perkins.
Site was always left clean and tidy and the lads were friendly and very caring around how the works could be made easier for us to live around with young children
Will 100% use again and would highly recommend

Following the successful completion of the first project, Matt was the only person I approached to carry out a garage conversion as I knew exactly what service I would be receiving. Top quality builder, very fair and very tidy too!. Always on the end of the phone and very helpful with any question I had. A very knowledgeable company with lots of experience. All the work is done to a high standard. In relation to pricing very good. Doesn’t want all the money up front and that very reassuring. Would high recommend and my build is looking top quality and I’m very impressed. Would use again if I ever want to sell up, which I won’t as it’s now my pride and joy.
