We knocked down and removed an unsafe outhouse for our client ready for a shed to take its place. We then put the walls in place and leveled the base ready for the shed to arrive.

This flat was in need of a full rip out and start again. We removed the kitchen, bathroom and floors. 

We then: 

* Replaced floorboards and insulated beneath for energy efficiency 

* Designed and fitted the kitchen 

* Designed and fitted the bathroom 

* Re-decorated throughout adding panelling to walls 

* All new electrics and plumbing 

* New flooring throughout 

The wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed to make an open-plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen and dining room also swapped ends of the house to allow the dining room to open up into the garden with the addition of French doors. 

We lifted the floorboards to insulate the unerneath for energy efficiency and warmth. We fitted the new kitchen complete with appliances, laid new floors, installed the French doors and redecorated throughout. 

Removed the old and installed a new kitchen and flooring for a very happy customer.

This was a full renovation including 

* Remove and replace the bathroom installing a new large shower enclosure, electric shower, tiling, heated towel rail and toilet & sink vanity unit

* Remove the old water tank and converted into storage cupboard 

* removed old style built in wardrobes, recarpteted and decorated throughout 

* replaced night storage heaters with new energy efficient, wifi enabled electric radiators 

* removed a large stone fireplace feature, redecorated and laid new laminate flooring in the lounge 

* removed, redesigned and fitted the new kitchen
