We totally transformed this unusable boggy garden space by taking up all the existing turf and clay beneath installing some land drainage. We added 2 patio areas. One over looks the artificial grass area so the children can play in the sunshine after school and one is situated to the rear of the garden for used as a dining area for the evening summer sun. We also added a sunken trampoline with surrounding play bark and play frame, also some brickwork garden planters, timber post, waterfall BBQ cedar panel exterior kitchen and a drop down seating area with fire pit.
We decided to go with Egerton Construction to build a 2-storey side extension based on several recommendations and we could not be happier with the decision. Josh and his team were a pleasure to deal with - professional, polite and respectful. Josh made sure all aspects of the project were handled correctly making various suggestions along the way. Communication was spot on and we are really happy with the end product. We would 100% recommend Egerton Construction and will be sure to go back to them for any future building work that we decide to carry out on our property.

Josh and his team completed a single storey extension with new bathroom, new kitchen fitted, new patio, new electrics and fitted bi fold doors. The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was very competitive. Nothing was too much trouble and the work has been completed to the highest of standards. Following a recommendation from an excellent local plumber, my wife and I retained Egerton Construction for an extension on our home including a new kitchen/lounge, downstairs bathroom, utility room and a small reception room. It was a substantial and complex project which took several months to complete. We cannot recommend this firm highly enough and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. All of the work has been carried out to a very high standard and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. The team were professional, courteous, friendly, highly adaptable and always willing to listen, inform and advise. It was clear to us that they take great pride in their work and that they are willing to go out of their way to achieve a first class result for their clients.
