We struck gold when EBSW was recommended to us. Tom made the process so clear to avoid any misunderstandings; we reviewed the quote a few times to stay within our budget, and he made suggestions where we could save money. He took ownership of the serious stuff like the planning, building regs, SW water which took the pressure off us. Tom was open, available and here for us if we had any concerns or queries, he wasn’t happy unless we were entirely satisfied! The whole team worked incredibly hard, to ensure the project was completed within the 12 week timeframe which was amazing! It was also lovely to see EBSW invest in training two apprentices both who spent time and worked hard on our project with the high standards that EBSW promotes. All the trades were very professional, and respectful of the fact I was working from home and we were still living in our house while the extension was being built. We couldn’t be happier with our new extension, kitchen, utility and downstairs loo.
