This project formed part of the criteria for becoming a member of the Federation of Master Builders. The project was inspected by an independent inspection company. This is what the inspected had to say.

"The project consists of a full house refurbishment. The property is on four floors, all walls and ceilings have been re plastered and decorated with new electrics and plumbing works installed, new natural wood flooring has been laid throughout the property which has been waxed by hand, a lift has been installed, a fully fitted kitchen with glass partition wall has been installed, new internal doors, architraves and skirting boards, two bathrooms, new wardrobes and cupboards, a new staircase installed leading up to the fourth floor and new windows have been installed throughout the property. Externally a new garden terrace area has also been constructed. All of the work carried out so far is to a very good standard."
