Ensign Building Projects Limited

This project was independently inspected by the FMB. 

Originally it was purposed as farms buildings, stables and a coach-house but after extensive renovation and additional extensions it is now a sumptuous, luxury home with all the benefits of modern technology and superior finishing.
The interior layout was redesigned to include underfloor heating, a beautiful family kitchen with bespoke central island and separate utility room plus cloakroom.
The ground floor also includes a spacious living room, a luxurious summer room, a glass partitioned dining room, full size snooker room and a double garage.
The oak, hand-crafted staircase leads to 2 bedrooms, a further bedroom with en-suite, a family bathroom and an opulent master suite with adjoining bathroom and dressing area. Each bedroom complete with built in wardrobe space.

We have converted the existing garage into a spacious office which allows to be able to work from home in a separate space and close off at the end of the day.

With the way we work changing for so many of us now, the demand for changing our homes to suit this is a frequent requirement.

There has been a remodelling inside for an open kitchen/dining area.  With two large panel sliding doors which open up permitting unobstructed garden views.

Technical underfloor heating has been used throughout this area to give off a generous warmth during colder months.

To the rear of the house the old conservatory roof has been exchanged for a new traditional roof in keeping with the style of the rest of the building.

Ensign were appointed on this project to create a larger family home. In doing this we have added a side extension and loft conversion with a seamless continuation from the original build.

To the rear of the property you can see the dorma addition to the loft conversion fitted with juliette balconies. Which inside adds a master bedroom with en-suite.

The dorma is made up of composite cladding. Not only does it look exceptional but is maintenance free with no fading or risk of moss. Making it a very popular choice amongst new renovations.

In addition to this the side extension now adds a further bedroom to the first floor with en-suite to finish a very enjoyable build.

Ensign were assigned to improve the functionality of this already beautiful home. No extensions were needed but extensive, internal structural work has been implemented to open up the living space for a better family lifestyle.

The downstairs previously comprised of multiple closed off rooms. Which has now been opened up by an internal transformation to a luxurious wide open plan living, kitchen and dining area and has been tastefully furnished by the owners of the property.

The clever design and use of space still allows a slightly separated relaxed living area.

With a full dining area located directly next to the kitchen allowing ease of access and convenience.

Two of the bathrooms have been revamped and fully tiled from floor to ceiling giving a modern and sophisticated finish.
