Environ Property Services undertook a large basement tanking project in North London which included the complete restoration of a swimming pool, hallway annex and surrounding rooms.
The project was successfully completed in the allocated 4-month schedule and developed into additional works which included the sympathetic restoration of the front, near side and rear elevations of the property.
We had a good working relationship with the homeowner and she was very happy with the level of service received.
Our success on this project and others like it is our focus on communication with the client so that they have a realistic expectation with regards to the works but also an understanding that there may be an additional time slot needed especially when additional works are requested. In addition site safety and tidiness is always of paramount importance when working on tenanted properties.
In conclusion, this was a very successful project for Environ Property Services and we are proud of the completed works undertaken as the photos attest.

A local and exciting project close to our offices in Fulham was undertaken by our reliable London restorations team and was a challenge for our scaffolders as we were on the busy intersection where Fulham road and Munster road bisect.
Once all of the relevant health and safety inspections /site security was undertaken and consequently signed off it allowed us to get onto the sympathetic restorations to this grand old property.
Particular care had to be taken on this project as we had to measure and mould the concrete spheres (see bottom photos for the finished restoration) in addition we replaced all of the windows as water ingress had damaged and rotted the seals. Localised repairs were the order of the day and sash replacement to all windows front and back.We also remoulded the beak rendered decorative period lines on the upper parts of the building,remould of the cornices, remould window reveals, remove cracked concrete seals,helibar repairs to the cracked building work (stitching) and remove and reline boxed gutters.

Here is an example of "section 20" works that was recently undertaken by Environ in South-West London on behalf of a building management company and liaising directly with the resident's committee.
Section 20s allow for works to be broken down into completion timelines so that the expectations of the residents and management company are fulfilled and allows for better communication for all parties involved in the works, schedules are therefore kept tight with a small contingency for unforeseen works or occasional delays.
This restoration project was undertaken by Environ during the summer months whilst the building was occupied and disruption was kept to a minimum. Environ Property Services completed the works earlier than expected and the property was restored to its former glory and we were very proud of the results.
