Really nice and helpful guys, did a good job at a very competitive price.Sabin and his team demolished an old flat roofed rear extension and replaced it with a wrap around extension with pitched roof. Ok, there were a few challenges, but they always managed to find workarounds and, two years on, it’s difficult to fault the finished job. Always hard working and always cheerful. Thoroughly recommend them.

Extend Out were recommended to us by our architect and they collaborated to create our dream open plan kitchen and living space opening up onto our garden. They have transformed our tricky Victorian house with it's awkward layout into a truly beautiful space filled with light. The quality of finish is excellent and both teams who worked on site were professional, skilled and focussed. As is common with a house over 120 years old, we encountered numerous unforeseen issues along the way which we discussed with Ovidiu and found solutions to with our architect. The build meant we had to move out and our neighbours were reassured by Extend Out's care and professionalism throughout the build. Our house and the way we live have been transformed by the stunning outcome of the extension and alterations to our home and we would highly recommend Extend Out.

They are undertaking a ground floor kitchen/family room extension to two sides. It’s a real partnership. Very easy to work with. Trustworthy and straightforward and really nice people. It’s been really well managed and the workmanship is excellent as is their work ethic. All superb. It’s a pleasure having them on site. I’ve been fully involved in the process, and finding solutions - which you have to expect in a building project - has been smooth. Real attention to detail and take pride in their work. Would not hesitate to recommend Graham, Jeff and his team. Really delighted with the work and finish. They will be doing the patios /structural walls for the garden too.

I suspect I'm one of the more demanding clients. I wanted to have an ornate, custom and high spec finish. It was a push at times but what we achieved was better than my best expectations. The outcome is excellent and gets lots of admiring comments from visitors.

Sabin’s attention to detail is 1st class & the creation of our extension is everything we could have dreamed of. He worked so hard to match our unusual bricks, to piece together our kitchen which wasn’t the best planned. Sabin’s craftsmanship is a great all rounder, nothing seemed to phase him. Sabin has been so easy to work with, remembering all my little requests & offering guidance on key areas. As we were so impressed we extended the scope of the project to include our hallway, front patio and garden patios. I’d highly recommend. Thank you Sabin and Neil.

Extendout Design and Build rebuilt our Edwardian house in Kingston over a period of 9 months. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the quality of finish. This is our third major building project, our biggest job and best experience. We would recommend Extendout and our foreman Ovidiu.
