We hired Extensa for a large project that included removing a structural wall and installing beams, complete rewire of the house, removing chimneys, setting up floors and stairs for replacement, and the associated complete painting and decorating (and other miscellaneous items like new doors and ironworks, installing a new chimney).
They were very knowledgeable and explained the work that needs to be done and associated timelines, were courteous to us and the neighbours, and delivered the project within the agreed timelines and to a high spec and hired professional cleaners to ensure we can move back to our home with ease . It was a very positive experience and we can't recommend them enough!

We have been so blessed to have discovered Extensa. They've done a stunning job at converting our garage and opening it up to our living/dining/kitchen space. It wasn't an easy job, there were complications with the drawings they were given as well as some barriers with our foundations. Nothing ever felt like a blocker though. They got us in, in time for Christmas and to budget, with an extremely high standard (I'm a perfectionist). They've also been so so lovely throughout - love the whole team that we've met. An excellent, family-run business who know exactly what they're doing with good morals and standards (sounds strange to say, but think it's important in the industry). Thank you to Joe, Peter, Ben, Jordan and Jess. Has been a pleasure knowing you and we'll be coming straight back to you whenever we need anything else done.
