This is one of our latest kitchens, it was a Schmidt kitchen with there handle-less range. The clients went for bora appliances for a top of the range finish on the kitchen, and a modern design.

This was a very interesting & at times challanging job, partly due to the 60 metre walk to the carpark where aall deliveries & waste removal had to come & go from.

As there were too many trees in the area to allow the original foundations to be used an additional 100% of depth & concrete had to be used, this also altered the floor design & many other aspects of the build, the clients worked with us throughout & the resulting extension was an amazing addition to the house & changed the internal layout to a wonderful space to enhance the living space.

A challenging but very rewarding build in the end & just in time for christmas too.

I had Malc here at my home to refurbish my staircase & make the safe, they were quite ricketty & unsafe. He also added an oak effect layer onto my staircase treads to match the flooring in my hallway ,it looks wonderful & I feel so safe using my new staircase. Malc also did several other smaller jobs around the house for me & even hoovered the garden each day as well as the house!! I have already booked to have him back in August for more work in my garden.

Very impressed with Malc. Great communication, prompt attendance and expert work carried out on repairing rotten flooring. Very reasonable prices too. I would highly recommend to anyone needing any building or carpentry work. 5 star!

Malcolm kept us informed when he would be able to give a quote and then when he would be able to start work and always arrived when he said he would. All work was undertaken to a good standard and every evening things were left clean and tidy. Work was completed on time and the cost was as quoted.

I am so very pleased with Malc's work. I expected a door to give a little storage space under the stairs but he built a folding door which has opened up the entire area for me. He is a great carpenter, a lovely person, and always cleaned up before he left. I would certainly recommend him.

Excellent attention to detail and finishing. Project was managed with a minimum of fuss, I was informed of difficulties and they were addressed without a hitch. Other trades sub contracted were of a high quality. I always felt confident that the job would be done on time and without too many issues. Been in the kitchen 2 weeks now, and have not had any snags to deal with.

We have just had a single story extension added to the rear of our property by FR Building and Carpentry. We are thrilled with the results! Malc and his contractors are all extremely competent, reliable and experienced. We felt we were in very safe hands.
