We had a complex build on a difficult site that was too demanding for a single contractor on this scale. There were two different buildings requiring materials and expertise from diverse providers and coordination of numerous contractors. David Gordon from Fabric First found and selected specialist providers and project managed the build overcoming problems promptly and with impressive initiative. He worked harmoniously with the architect and communicated effectively with neighbours to minimise disruption. He delivered the project on time and on budget. His honesty, judgement and integrity were impeccable and it was always a pleasure to deal with him. I recommend Fabric First very strongly.
