After the destructive gales of storm Burt, St. Dunstans Church hall roof was lifted and littered the grounds. 

We were brought in to repair the roof, guttering and external wall.

We began by stripping the remainder of the damaged roof surface and replacing it with new felt, trim and OSB board.

There was additional damage to the soil stack which we fully replaced.

One of many commercial fit out's we have provided for Gloden. 

We aided the design and installation of the new location with a 10 bed tanning facility, reception area and self service hub.

As this was a new location, we also installed new ducting, electrical systems and lighting as well as flooring, suspended ceilings and fire alarm system.

This full residential renovation was to transform a 3 bedroom dwelling in to a 6 bedroom HMO. 

Stripping the house to it's shell, redefining room boundaries and restoring existing features, we were able to modernise and bring life to this property.

Additionally, we created space for extra bathrooms, fitted a brand new kitchen and installed a solar energy system.

We took this large abandoned commercial unit and converted it in to 2 smaller commercial units. 

Firstly, completely rewiring the building with new electrics, roof and external cladding, we then moved internally and separated the units with an internal parting wall, installed suspended ceilings, toilet facilities and ventilation. 

We overhauled the internal and external concrete floors and installed a brand new fire safety system as well as new roller shutters for all units.
