This project was inspected 13/3/2025 by FMB and the photos have been taken from the inspection report.

The project consisted of a custom build new build property. Structural works were already complete when the builder took control of the site. The builder is responsible for all internal fit out and finishes which have been completed to a very high standard.

Ground works were also part of the contract, a 100m driveway has been laid, all drainage was routed as required, ground levels reduced.
