The kitchen was extended to the side and rear, involving removing the walls of the existing rear addition and temporarily suporting the structure while new steel beams were inserted. Internally the property was fuly refurbished, featuring bespoke spray painted joinery in the bathroom and cloakroom. The completed project was featured in Open House London in 2011.
