This kitchen was completed after fully refurbishing their family bathroom, ensuite and downstairs cloakroom. In this time they referred us to their daughter and we completely refitted a new bathroom for her too.For this kitchen us at Flawless supplied and fitted this for our customer. We started with their old kitchen and helped them from the very start, starting with the planning, design and project managing. We also showed them a variety of appliances which they choose from and also was showed them the different types of flooring they could have.
We started with completely tearing out the old kitchen, altering any pipe work and electrics, fitting all units and appliances and then laying the Camaro flooring and also fully decorating the room.
The customer was very happy with the final outcome of the kitchen, as they were with the other bathrooms we completed for them too.

Through out the renovation the team built a great relationship with him and he was most pleased with how the whole job went from the planning to the completed dream kitchen he was after.We started this job from the very start from completely ripping out the old kitchen, completing any electric work and plumbing work required to fitting the units, appliances and finishing off with the decoration of the room.
Here in the second picture you can see that we have created extra work space in the small space that was there. Any job is never too big or too small for us. Read less

Then the kitchen units and appliances choosen by the customer were fitted as per the plan. We then completed the room with a bright white paint which finalised the stunning modern look the customer wanted us to achieve.

We fully stripped out this bathroom and created the new look, whilst meeting all the customers requirements. We fully fitted this bathroom including the plumbing work and the electrics, as well as laying the floor and decorating the whole room.The customer was very pleased with how the finished project looked and it met expectations and was exactly to design. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received from Flawless Kitchens and Bathrooms. I was looking for our bathroom to be changed to a Wet room, we have health issues and it was vital for us. Their service and work is brilliant and I am not easy to please. First impression very good. From initial answer to my enquiry, prompt visit to measure up for job and advice given. Realistic date for doing job and this was not months away, Clean smart signed up van and surveyor. Quote received within two days and quote was very clear, needed to clarify one point and that was just a phone call immediately dealt with. Day of starting job two vans arrived at time given and a team of clean friendly workers filed in. Immediately they covered carpets, walkways etc. sealing off areas where possible as job would be very dusty. We left our home to them for 3 days. When a query occurred they immediately contacted our son to confirm the action they were taking. I returned end of day 4 to find job almost complete and cleaning up in progress. When they finished you really could not tell there had been a team of workers carrying out major work apart from some dust that was unavoidable. Front lawn showed no signs that bathroom must have been emptied onto it. All I can say is Fantastic Job done and Superb Customer Service. Thank you.

We arranged to have our Bathroom refurbished with Flawless Kitchens & Bathrooms in August, On the first day Connor introduced himself to us and got straight into taking out the old Bathroom, which he took away with him at the end of the day, in a few days he had started on tilling the walls, Connor is a very polite young man, and easy to communicate with, a few days later he was installing the Shower unit, Sink, etc, Connor always made sure that we were satisfied with his work he was undertaking, and always asked for our input on the hight of the Sink we required as well as the shower rail, At the end of each day Connor always ensured he cleaned up after himself, Whilst Conner was finishing off our Bathroom which we were Very Pleased with, We asked if he could do our Kitchen to, This was arranged for early September, Again Conner turned up on time and started taking our worktops etc, and fitting the New tops, then he tiled the walls and fitted our New cupboard doors, We can't express how much we appreciated Connor's hard work from the time he started the Bathroom to finishing our Kitchen. The communication with Amy in the office was pleasant and Amy was very helpful arranging everything for us which we are most grateful for, If anyone is looking to refurbish a Bathroom or Kitchen, then you need to choose, Flawless Kitchens & Bathrooms, very competitive price's and a pleasure doing business with them for a Job Well Done. Thank you. We will be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a New Kitchen or Bathroom in the future.

Harry and his team make an excellent job of whatever they do. They are a delight to have around. Their work is great and they are flexible and helpful. They have been back to me several times to do my main bathroom, ensuite and also to relay my driveway and create a path to my garage and every job they have done has been perfect. They are quick, tidy and they finish the job before they leave (unlike experiences I have had in the past). I can only recommend them and I will be continuing to use their services.

I used Flawless in Spring 2017 to design and install a bathroom and have no hesitation in recommending them. My project involved a range of skills (plumbing, plastering, tiling, simple wiring, joinery) and I found them able to handle all these with a close knit team (unlike bathroom shops that just use lots of unknown subcontractors). The quality of their finishing was very good and after one and a half years I have no problems at all.

I had an old fashioned run down kitchen and I knew it would require a major overhaul and that it wouldn’t be a quick job. I bought a new and for me, expensive, replacement and what people say is that you need a good installer. I feel fortunate to have found and taken on Flawless Kitchens and Bathrooms. The three weeks nearly that it took to complete were compensated by a well organised team. My confidence grew as I found them trustworthy and careful with my home and new purchase. They are a group of skilled and hard working professionals, who focus on detail. They kept me informed of any unexpected issues like the floor needed levelling. Also I am confident that their pricing is based on realistic cost of material and labour and not inflated to suit their own reward. Of course their are always niggles and perhaps “flawless” is over ambitious, but I am only saying this because no one is perfect; I ended –up with a lovely job and feel that I have not wasted my money and have no regrets.
