The work was completed to a very good standard: a complex task requiring stripping of low-level groundfloor plaster to the brickwork, with ancillary skirtings, radiators, sockets etc, then making all good after specialist damp-proofing work. They even replaced the carpets and tidied the garden! The only small issue was difficulty contacting by telephone, but the office is responsive to email and the estimating, deposit and billing processes are straightforward. The cost was substantial but reasonable for the nature and complexity of the tasks undertaken.
