We dealt mainly with Tom at Goodman Build - competitive quote and they started on the project when promised to fit in with our plans Guys on site were all pleasant and happy to let our Dogs watch them work during the summer All completed to our satisfaction and to the budget agreed, project slightly over-ran but mainly due to delays with glass which is not unusual so not a reflection on GMB

Tom from Goodman Build was quick to reply to my initial enquiry and called back when he said he would to arrange to come over to quote for a rear extension and garage conversion we wanted. Throughout I found Tom’s communication excellent and always felt updated with upcoming plans. His quote was clear and included plenty of detail, something that other builders’ quotes lacked. All the work was completed, when it was due to be completed and to a fantastic standard. His team turned up when they said they would, and Tom managed the multiple trades involved. Attention to detail was good and Tom sourced a very close brick match for the new extension and was also able to recycle bricks from the rear wall to match the existing bricks when bricking up the old garage door, so it didn’t look an ‘add on’. Everyone who has seen the extension has commented positively on how good it looks! I would and have recommended Goodman Build to others.

Super happy with my new kitchen and utility room. Tom and his team were excellent. Tom is extremely professional and quick to communicate and respond to communications. Outstanding work from Tom and the team. Delivered exactly what I wanted at exactly the agreed price, which I thought was very reasonable. I think the work ended up being more than he expected but he did not complain at all, very professional. I hope to invite Tom back for further works in the future.

We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out from Tom Goodby and his team. The level of workmanship was outstanding, so was the communication, care and level of tidiness. The initial survey was carried out by Tom and he carefully listened to our needs and gave us suitable advise. My house was left tidy every day. The guys were on time every day and worked relentlessly for 7 days. The results are outstanding and will ask Tom to look after our two storey extension we have planned. Highly recommended!!

Adam, Tom and Mark did a great job on our extension. When asked to do the patio in addition at the last minute, they managed to do that as well. We found them to be extremely efficient, informative and always letting us know what was happening next. They did the job to a top spec and we can't wait to start using our new space.
