A small wrap around extension with double T section steel cut out to open up the rear of the property to allow a open plan kitchen/ living space for the client and his family. More internal pictures to be uploaded upon kitchen installation
Lydiate bifold installation
This was a little bifold cut out and door installation with T section steel beam arrangement which we squeezed in to help a local builder. Completed in 2 days so he could get the kitchen installed for the client in time for Christmas.

This was a nice little kitchen project which involved removing the flat roof and rebuilding a more modern insulated roof with a small aluminium lantern to introduce more light. We then removed a main load bearing wall to open up the kitchen space and cut out the rear of property to install a set of french doors.

We also cut out all window and door openings to accommodate much larger aluminium windows and doors with new box sash windows to front elevation.
