Gosai Construction Limited

Outhouse project consisted of digging for the foundation and drainage. Construction of the shell, external render. Internally walls were built and plastered. Kitchen and bathroom installation was carried out by us. All decorating, plumbing and electrics carried out by Gosai Construction. 

Shop renovation consisted of gutting out the shop, plumbing, full electrics, spraying aluminium front. Internally we boarded all walls, constructed new ceiling and suspended for LED lighting. Walls were skimmed, decorated and a feature wall was installed. Flooring was installed as well as a kitchen and WC. Bespoke furniture was created and all fixtures and fittings were installed by us.

Foundations were dug and filled. Brick and block work was required as well as the external walls rendered to match the existing walls.The roof was constructed, made watertight and matching roof tiles were laid. Internally, the floor was constructed and the windows and main door were installed by us. All electrics, boarding, skimming, decorating, tiling and carpentry was carried out by Gosai Construction.

This flat renovation involved removing the existing kitchen and bathroom. We waterproofed the kitchen and bathroom floors before installing a new kitchen and re installing the existing bathroom suite. We made alterations to the property, decorated it fully and installed new radiators and new flooring throughout the flat. 

This full renovation consisted of new electrics and new plumbing throughout the property. We suspended ceilings, skimmed the walls, carried out various carpentry requirements as well as  decorating the property. We carried out tiling in the Bathroom as well as installing the bathroom suite and Kitchen installation. Flooring was installed by us throughout the property.

Outhouse and Garden project. The outhouse consisted of block work and render, internally walls were built, plastered and decorated. Plumbing and electrical work was carried out as well as a bathroom installation. The garden project consisted of constructing a concrete patio, new soil, new lawn and tiling. Flowerbeds were created on either side of the garden.

Outhouse construction consisted of block work to create the shell, constructing the roof, rendering the outside and boarding internally. Internal walls were plastered and decorated, tiles were laid on the floor. Paving blocks were used to create the steps outside. 

This project consisted of an extension, windows, bifold and lantern installation. The full renovation included bathrooms, kitchen, plumbing, electrics, decorating and new flooring. The driveway, boundary walls, railings and gate also installed and carried out by Gosai Construction.
