GP McManus

Eclectic is a bespoke state of the art Studio that spans over three floors. It has been designed with the objective to offer a unique five-star approach to wellbeing with equal emphasis on Pilates, beauty and wellbeing. This project is the first of this kind in the locality; previously only large-scale spa hotels located in other areas would be able to provide this level of bespoke skincare and body treatments.

Incorporated into the project were two state of the art Pilates studios with reformer Pilates beds. The build champions inclusivity; the ground floor offers the entire package, from training studios to treatment rooms, the same meticulous finish can be seen throughout.

In this large scale renovation, we added a 10 metre timber frame extension to the top floor and also left provision for a new metal stair case.

The project was designed by RPP Architects based in Belfast.
