Griffon construction project team managed the complete build across an 18 week period, working with the client from the initial design concept to build completion.
Finding the right builder that you can trust can be a daunting experience. Finding Griffon could not have been any better for our 2 storey house extension. Their fantastic attitude and approach to work was shown by the fine quality and detail put into each and every component of the extension. Time management was great, and they completed the works on time with the additional challenge of doing extras. The whole team was incredibly approachable with good working spirits, and kept us informed on progression. What was more challenging for them was the fact that they had to work whilst we were residing in our house with 3 kids, which they successfully achieved with minimal disturbance.
We cannot thank the Griffon Team enough for providing us with a brand new home which we will love and cherish for many years to come. Thank you!
Griffon Construction did a really excellent job on our bathroom. They were really respectful of noise and mess, and delivered a very professional finish on-time and on-budget. I'll gladly use them again for our next items of structural work!

We have been very impressed by Darius, Tom and the team at Griffon Construction.
From first meeting, through a few alterations to the quote, and a good competitive price for the work, Darius was friendly, helpful and professional throughout.
During the two / three weeks the job took, he and his colleagues were approachable, working hard and doing a lovely job of knocking down and rebuilding a completely unusable toilet room, and carrying out improvements to what was a basic lean-to. These are now much-used areas of the house and we still enjoy just looking at the lovely job they have done!
The below ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures give some illustration of the great improvement in our lives the work has brought.
They also did a great job of re-routing some plumbing work for us, re-roofing our conservatory, and building a cover for our side alley.
We will be using Griffon Construction again in the new year and can highly recommend them to anybody looking for re-building / extension work.
