Sitting on piled foundations, the building incorporates many styles of construction including traditional granite external walls, blockwork/render with glass reinforced cornice and copings, polished granite rain screen cladding, glass curtain walling and a curved aluminium entrance canopy.
The apartments were all sold from the plan, so we worked closely with our client and the purchasers to coordinate their individual requirements, delivering this prestigious project on time and to the highest standard. Read less

There is a large patio area off both the kitchen and living rooms. The upper and lower levels combine the bedrooms and bathrooms. The lower level is a semi-basement with a large retaining wall to the rear.

The construction work had to take place whilst the hospital was still open, providing difficult conditions, but we overcame this challenge and caused miminal disruption. The unit is used for the cleaning, preparation and packing of locally grown root vegetables, predominantly Jersey Royals, and from here they are distributed directly to leading retailers all over Europe.This was a complicated build process, involving many new and environmentally friendly technologies. The project involved specialist subcontract elements which were coordinated seamlessly to produce an extremely high standard of finish, to the satisfaction our clients exacting needs. Read less
