This is a really tricky build which is ongoing and stopped due to the current situation. It is linking an old netloft and victorian house to create an extra bedroom and bathroom. The steel and timber used allows the space to be fully utilised and the ceilings pushed up to roof level creating a lovely space.

Timber framed bungalow made to customers design and specification. Full groundworks and foundation work carried out before installing the timber frame. This was a tricky site to work on with a slopping bank to the right. We made the best of this by installing a significant decking area to maximise the space and views. We were very proud of the outcome. Full underfloor heating throughout powered by an airsource heat pump making it a very efficient building.

Modern sunroom.
A modern extension to a former Stable creating a sunroom with decking area looking out to a beautiful valley. The area was elevated to line up with existing floor levels allowing for extra storage underneath the floor.
Kitchen refit
Reconfiguration of existing kitchen to include; Wall removal and installation of steels. installation of new French doors to garden area. new kitchen with integrated larder.
Cedar clad toilet block
Updating of existing toilet block which included new foundations, new septic tank and timber framed construction. The end result was a very smart toilet block. Mens, ladies and a disabled toilet.
Granite extension
We are very pleased with the finish of this stone extension, it really is a sympathetic addition to this stone farmhouse.
Stable conversion into holiday lets
Full conversion of these great granite stables into three holiday lets. The whole building was painted so we sand blasted the exterior before we started. The finished result was very satisfactory.
