Phil and Leah wanted to extend their home in order to add value to it and get it ready to go on the housing market, so we designed and built a 2 storey rear and side extension including a completely new designed and fitted kitchen, utility room, two extra bedrooms upstairs alongside a new family bathroom. It was completed just in time for Christmas and our clients were very happy with the high standards of this build and were successful in a quick sale of their property.

This eight-week project involved extending this home to add additional vibrant living space for a professional couple to enjoy relaxing in whilst overlooking their garden. The foundations for this job had to be dug deeper than usual due to poor ground conditions as there was clay present. This was quickly spotted and dealt with at the beginning of the process allowing us to keep to schedule. As a result of this, the construction of the subfloor had to be altered from the plans and changed to a suspended block and beam floor to comply with building control. After the main external construction was complete, we fitted a set of slick bi-fold doors with integral blinds alongside 2 large Velux windows allowing the space to have maximum natural light.

This 3-bedroom detached house has been designed and converted from a 3 bedroom to a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom property offering our client flexible accommodation with two reception rooms and a large garden studio. The accommodation was extended over three floors. We fitted the ground floor with underfloor heating and designed the open plan large luxury kitchen/family room with bi-fold doors opening onto the landscaped rear garden and utility room.
The kitchen is fitted with eye level units finished in a matt grey, which complements the light stone worktops and glass splashback. Finished to the same specification is the utility room. In addition to the accommodation within the home, we designed and landscaped an infinity style garden connecting to the studio located at the rear of the garden offering a large room and en-suite shower room, which can be utilised as a home office or additional living space.
The build took four months to complete from start to finish and the client is extremely happy with the result and has gone on to successfully rent out his property.

This customer wanted to extend their home to cater for their growing family and we were able to successfully do this for them by building a two-storey extension complete with new kitchen, playroom and utility room on the ground floor with two additional bedrooms including an en-suite bathroom on the first floor. In addition, we landscaped the garden including the creation of a beautiful black sandstone patio and pathway, which has been a big hit with the children.
