These customers found us on Facebook back in 2019.

We took on major renovation works over three phases. Phase 1 included moving the stair position, steelworks, demolition of floors and walls, a complete rewire and heating system, external cladding, a new roof, insulation, and much more and took us around 7 months to complete.

A year later we were asked back to take on phase 2 which was to build an adjoining annex for their parents to live in.

In 2023, we completed phase 3, the opposing side extension which created 2 further bedrooms and an extra living space, complete with a large bespoke media wall.

A single storey new build that we completed in July 2022.

Works consisted of; new pump station for foul drainage, foundations, roof trusses, roof tiling and roof windows, UPVC doors and windows, Black ash cladding, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works, block work, plaster boarding and plastering, plumbing and electrics.

Access on this job was near on impossible, not being able to get any plant or materials direct to site we had to improvise.

Using a nearby car park and getting permits we were able to hoarded materials there and carry them onto site using track barrows.

The building works consisted of; Demolition of existing structure, new foundations, block work, aluminium doors and windows, GRP flat roof, relocating an oil boiler and oil tank, plumbing and electrics, plaster boarding and plastering, steel works, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works, fitting of a kitchen and bathroom, tiling floors throughout.
