The property had severe damp issues, most of the down stairs was hacked back to brick up to 1.5m, damp issue dealt with, re rendered, all re plastered and once dry approx 6 weeks later all decorated. 

At the same time we re-wired the property, installed a bathroom, renewed the kitchen floor with an DPM/insulated/concrete floor. New kitchen installed Pantry cupboard built, tiles to kitchen walls and floor, new ceiling in kitchen.

We also hacked off and re rendered the back of the house, removed over 500mm of earth and installed a new patio, new back wall, new adjoining wall and new wall using the reclaimed bricks from the internal works.

We were asked to instal bi-folds to two of the rear exits, removed the French doors and installed a set of bifold giving better access to the customers garden, Removing the back door, side window and half wall, making the opening wider installing a new lintel and making good inside with plaster finish new skirting boards and patching in the tiles.

Remove the damaged back wall level off the bottom section of garden, build retaining walls, instal patio from house to back gate , new back fence and gate, instal summerhouse adding electrics to the inside and decorating with a white wash to walls varnish to floor.

Customers garden decking was rotten we removed the decking and all the soil that had been hidden under the decking, New retaining brick wall patio slabs primed and laid to a eco drain.

Extra slabs added to create a walk way around gazebo.

Attic conversion, customer was looking for the extra room due to family growing and needing the extra space, from design to build we worked to achieve what the customer wanted. Extra bedroom with en-suite, staircase location not taking up too much room, minimal disruption without the family moving out.

Customer wanted a new kitchen, ideas for outhouse and downstairs loo renewed.

We removed everything from wallpaper, tiles, flooring, doors and kitchen. We renewed the electrics to the kitchen as the existing was old wiring and the kitchen work to the house was part of a rewire. Customer also wanted a usable pantry we added power to move their microwave and shelved all the walls.

We then completed the works from blocking up old windows, plastering, new electrics, alterations to plumbing and new radiators, decoration, new doors, new flooring, new UPVC windows and doors and fitting of the kitchen.

Kitchen replacement with new tiles to walls and new flooring laid. We fitted the kitchen a few adjustments off plans due to unforseen pipes. Electrically all we needed to do was swap some lights and socket fronts over as being a modern house everything else was in the right place and up to regs. We also supplied and finished the oak worktops with drainer grooves.

Customer wanted to re- jig the down stairs layout, we blocked up the doorway from living room to dining room, removed the wall between kitchen and dining room, opened up the door way through to utility room, new electrics to the kitchen, alterations to the plumbing to suite new kitchen layout, install new kitchen, tile the floor to the rear of the house and hallway.

Bi-fold sliding doors, velux roof windows, composite decking with minimal threshold into extension.

this project was incorporating part of the existing building with removal of walls installing RSJ's we completed everything from groundworks throughout to decoration.
