Hatch Construction carried out our garage conversion. We now have a lovely shower room and television room/bedroom. Lee was very helpful from start to finish, from the planning stage through to choosing sanitary ware, together with his excellent ideas/advice. Our house has been really opened up with the extra space. James and Nathan are a credit to the company, always polite and helpful, great workmanship/work ethic, as well as being the tidiest builders we have ever met!
The project was completed on schedule just before Christmas, Lee gave us updates at every stage of the build. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hatch Construction, led by Lee. We would definitely re-employ the company to carry out any future building work. Our thanks to Lee, James and Nathan.

We have been very pleased with our extension built by Hatch construction. Lee provided a comprehensive and straightforward estimate and was very professional in explaining it to us. His team and contractors have all worked very tidily and courteously throughout. We wanted to remain in our house during the works (which involved removing the back of our existing house including the kitchen) and Hatch Construction did a first class job in setting up a temporary kitchen and making sure we were minimally inconvenienced. Lee has been great at communicating with us throughout and all the work has been carried out to a very high standard. We are very happy with their work and would definitely recommend Hatch Construction.

The initial reason we chose Hatch Construction to complete our work was down to Lee himself, he was keen to pop over and discuss the initial plans that we had and conducted an initial site visit. Lee was keen to come and see in the flesh what we wanted done and he advised us about how it could be done. He told us it would be a big job and a challenge, but one he and his experienced team were willing to tackle. He gave us a comprehensive price breakdown for the job which he foresaw which assisted us with budgeting. Lee was also happy to show off his previous works and we even got to see some up close and speak to those who used his services before. This was great, as initially you never know what type of builder you are going to get. We had a three bed semi detached property with side access. A big job followed which gave us an extra bedroom, two new bathrooms, re-roofed and widened the existing kitchen and created a utility, there were only two rooms that were left untouched in the whole place during the works. The work was initiated in February and completed in late May/June. By all accounts it was completed in a quick time and I take my hat off to the team for working so hard getting it done in such time.

This was our first extension, so we were apprehensive regarding how painful an experience it would be! We needn't have worried, as we are absolutely delighted. Hatch construction have been fantastic, not only with the speed and quality of work but also with the cleanliness of the site throughout the build. Communication has been excellent, with Lee constantly keeping us up to date on progress. When the occasional issue arose, Lee and his team were amazing in always finding a solution. We highly recommend Hatch construction and would definitely use them again on any future projects.

downstairs layout after meeting with Lee and being reassured that he shared the vision that we had for our home.
His team were just as committed to what we were trying to create and were always 100% reliable as well as being incredibly professional and friendly. It was genuinely a pleasure to have have them around.
Every trade that Lee organised shared these values and the whole project ran completely to the schedule that Lee prepared at the beginning of the build.

We used Hatch Construction for a second floor extension over a existing ground floor kitchen extension last year. They started 9/10/17 they were always early and there for any deliveries , worked clean, tidy, very organised and efficient. They finished 19/12/17 and in those 11weeks I had a new central heating boiler, water filter, a large double bedroom , family bathroom , en suite both tiled and finished beautifully.They also fitted 2 sets of fitted wardrobes as I no longer need the airing cupboard they put the space to good use.
They came back early Jan and fitted us a new kitchen which again I was very happy with their time keeping and workmanship. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.
