Throughout the project, there was a great understanding and communication with the client. However, it is almost impossible to go through a project of this kind without obstacles, this project was no exception. We came across main 2 issues, due to the property being Victorian house, we came across structural issues which required structural engineer and delay in the project. The second issue was finishing materials, we had delay in furniture’s as well as kitchen due to being bespoke which took some time for manufactures to build. Otherwise, it was an amazing project which was completed successfully to everyone’s satisfaction.
