transformation of a historic 12-bedroom B&B into a luxurious 10-bedroom residence. The building, a listed property with rich historical significance, required a careful and considered approach to restoration. The goal was to maintain the charm and character of the original structure while introducing modern amenities and bold, unique design elements.

We meticulously preserved and restored the original features of the building, including intricate woodwork, sash windows, and ornate cornices. Each element was carefully preserved to ensure the character and history of the property remained intact.

The client's design of the interior of the property is a blend of traditional elegance and contemporary flair using a unique colour palette, custom fixtures, and bold decorative elements to create a space that feels both timeless and modern.

We converted this top-floor Grade II Listed Building from commercial premises into 4 beautiful apartments. Our client had used us for previous projects and trusted us with this awesome project.
