Fantastic company. We met with Russ who talked us through what we needed and even made great suggestions on design, which we wouldn't have thought of. No pushy sales, "I'll ring my boss to see if we can do it cheaper" tactics. He just gave us a price and left it with us to mull over. The fitting went extremely smoothly and the two guys that came to fit our windows, were lovely, friendly and efficient. They even fixed an issue with our door which was fitted by another company, free of charge. I'd highly recommend Hipco.

Very friendly and professional throughout. No Hard Sell. Very competitive price. We had one tiny issue (nothing major!) which was resolved immediately, to their credit. The house was left very tidy, in fact you couldn't even tell anything had been done.”

From start to finish Hipco were fantastic- professional,reliable and excellent workmanship. I had a new light weight tiled conservatory roof system,its made such a difference in the look of the conservatory and its so warm. I have a certificates for building control, electrical work and 10 year guarantee. I highly recommend Hipco.

We had a conservatory erected about 5 years ago, which we were very pleased with. However we found that over the years it was quite cold at night and when it rained it was very noisy due to the polycarbonate roof. We therefore decided to enquire about having a proper roof fitted with internal insulation and ceiling lights and contacted our next door neighbour, Russell, who worked for HIPCO. He called to see us where we had a full and frank discussion about the company and the type of roofing they could provide. He brought tile samples with him and mentioned the insulation and lighting they could provide. He quickly provided us with a quote for the work to be done which was acceptable to us. The work was undertaken at an agreed date and was completed within a few days in a very professional manner and we are satisfied with the end result. If anyone was thinking of having a conservatory roof replaced then we would definitely recommend HIPCO

I approached Russ from Hipco who came out to visit me at my property and we discussed the type of extension and look I was after which took a whole day to come up with the right concept; and my options of the type of building I could have within our budget. I was very impressed with Russ’s knowledge of the building trade and with the quality of their products. I was shown photographs of the types of roofing system I could choose and the options of/for bi-fold doors and windows and doors. I didn’t find Hipco pushy at all and I did make them aware that I would be obtaining further quotes to which they wanted to be kept informed as they wanted to price match if/where possible with the other quotes. Further work needed to happen at my new home such as a new combination boiler was required to be installed, a new bathroom suite and new internal doors with external doors and windows. I was so impressed with Hipco’s approach to problem solving and having a “can do attitude” I awarded them all of my work in my new house as I felt it would be easier adopting a “one stop shop” approach from both sides. Russ project managed this for me and my husband and we were suitably impressed from start to finish with how Hipco approached solving each solution as they went along. Bearing in mind the work commenced during October - end of March so the weather had to be factored in. The planning, installation and finish of all our work was exemplary.I would definitely recommend Hipco to others due to their professional approach to work. All the team and contracted workmen had the same hard working ethos and worked very hard under some testing weather conditions. I have actually recommended Hipco. to a friend recently and Russ has been out to quote them for work on their new property.
