We completed this re-roof last week in Slough for a domestic client. The team carried out a full strip of the roof, cleared and cleaned the site, laid insulation in the loft space and boarded the loft to provide the customer with additional storage.
The roof was then felted and battened and new Redland Tudor Brown tiles were laid with a new dry ridge system.
Great job by the lads.

We stripped off the original roof covering of this extension flat roof, which is at the rear of a high street retail space. The client recently took over occupation of the ground floor retail space and is converting the accommodation into office space. The extension flat roof at the rear of the property was leaking and was already well past its useful life and was leaking. This was a cold roof and we installed insulation and this is now a warm roof, with a triple layer torch on system.

This was a new client in Upper Holloway, London N19, where we installed a new Spanish Slate roof and then working with a competent NICEIC electrician, add solar to the roof.
The client managed to get 6 JA Solis solar panels, which each have the capacity to generate Kwp of 405w, giving a potential total 2.4kw (STC)
The client has opted for Pylontech battery storage with a Solis Invertor.
The solar panels were installed to rear of the property.

Once the Roof covering was fully stripped, we thoroughly inspected the decking boards for stability and rot. There had been continuous water penetration for a long period and photos were provided - New decking board was required. We supply and installed 18mm OSB decking board mechanically fixed to allow new roof covering to be installed. We also had to supply and install a new plyboard.
Supplied and installed a 3-layer High-performance torch-on felt system built of:
1: 1 x layer of 3G perforated membrane on top of the deck.
2: 1 x layer of fully bonded polyester-reinforced SBS-modified bitumen membrane
3: 1 layer of fully bonded capping sheet with a Maintenance free granular surface including full forming of all necessary detailing in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
This was a client who needed a full reroof.
The Roofing team at Hodgson Roofing (A division of Hodgson Construction) stripped the full roof and removed all the waste from site.
We supplied and fitted a new breathable membrane and fixed to the rafters. We then installed softwood treated battens.
The client chose a mini stonewall tile. Supply and fit new Capping's securely fixed in accordance with latest British
Standards.
Supply, cut and dress to suit code 4 lead flashings to all necessary abutments.
These are to be set into brickwork by not less than 25mm wedged at maximum centres of 300mm and pointed out in a suitable sand/cement mix or suitable sealant. Lengths of flashings to be a maximum of 1.5m long as per Lead Sheet Associations
recommendations.

This beautiful single-story extension gave the client a stunning new larger kitchen plus utility room.
