Our client is a property developer who instructed us to completely renovated the property. New floors in the basement, new wiring system and heating system, kitchen and bathroom. Every room was re plastered and external / internal painting.

Our client bought a 3 bed semi detached house with minimal kitchen units and every room requiring updating. We renovated the whole property with new bathroom, heating system, fitted kitchen.

New joists and floor boards were put in to create a whole new floor between a cellar and the room above. Excellent wooden stairs were built from scratch to go down to the cellar and the cladding and electrics were installed really well in the room above.
