I D Smith Construction completed an extension for us above our garage to accommodate a new bedroom and en-suite. The work also included an extended utility room with space for a Stiltz lift, a double garage roller door and a new porch. We could not have asked for better service from Ian, Kieron and their team and would highly recommend them. The project was completed early and on budget. They were always available to talk to us about any aspect of the job. Their team were always on time, extremely tidy, very courteous and considerate to us and our neighbours. After the work was completed they were happy to add extra work to extend a patio and install two garden sheds. Needless to say we would have no hesitation in asking them to complete more work for us in the future.

I have known and used ID Smith Construction Services for several years for a variety of works including; new kitchen, total interior rennovations, garden room/office build and, most recently, external garden works.
