Situated in the tranquil village of Ongar, our customers were a young couple who were looking to expand their family as well as their property. Completed in 2015, the key was to make as much as we could of this terraced house, utilising each spare inch.
Our Solution:
Constructing a large master bedroom at the head of the house, we developed a variety of bespoke wooden wardrobe and shelving units to maximise storage space and house an AV unit.
We also installed a small quarter landing stairwell in order to make the most of the upstairs floor space. In addition to completing the loft, we also fully fitted and tiled a modern bathroom, ensuring a high standard of contemporary design was kept throughout the property.

We expanded the space by adding a double story side and single-story rear extension. We achieved this by removing internal walls and converting the garage into the dining room area. Whilst adding a spacious downstairs toilet and utility room. As well as optimising the interior space we also added to the exterior. We renewed the patio and added a new composite decking area.

Our Solution:
Beginning with a total loft conversion, we completely restructured the attic to accommodate a large master bedroom. This also meant the design and build of bespoke wooden wardrobes to fit under the eaves. We additionally fitted and tiled the en-suite bathroom with a personal shower finished in rich wood.
