From humble bungalow to a stunning house.... The Clients Vision and brief was to create a large rear extension and upstairs space with 3 bedrooms. In addition, the downstairs includes an integrated but separately accessed annex, with bathroom, living area and kitchen facilities as a lifetime home for adaptable living. Inspire 4 Design uses all its own tradespeople including the hand cut roof and stunning oak porch. The project was completed from start to finish in 6 months.

In the Spring of 2019 we decided that we were going to renovate my parents house from a bungalow to a 2 storey house that could accommodate them but also my wife and children so that we can act as carers for them.
We received quotes from 4 separate builders and decided to employ Inspire4design to carry out the work. This was based on the thoroughness of the quote and also the quality of the work on projects they had completed previously that we visited. All the previous clients were incredibly pleased with not only the work that had been carried out but also the length of time it was completed in.
Throughout the project we were kept in constant contact with the builders with regards to the progress that was being made and and any difficulties that they came across. They always took on board what we wanted from the build as well as having excellent ideas that added to the house.
The quality of the work was exemplary and the time scale and cost of what was quoted was exactly what was delivered.
I cannot speak highly enough of what was delivered from day one of planning to the project being completed and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mark and his team.
