The kitchen has a stone arch that was discovered when the plaster was knocked off. The client loved the feature and we were able to repair it, create a matching pillar and leave it exposed.

The kitchen itself has some lovely features, including a 5m x 1.5m island, with book matched porcelain counter tops, prep sink and white induction hob. The island provides seating for 10 people. The island is lit by LED tape which mirrors the perimeter of the island. There is a concealed, walk in pantry and triple breakfast cupboard with slide and hide pocket doors.

It ended up only leaving the 4 external wall and the rood structure. Internally all walls, floor and fittings were removed, as many salvageable materials kept for re use. Inside the shell a complete structural and cosmetic fit out to bring the property up and surpass modern insulation requirement in all aspects of the build whilst keeping the original character of the property.
