we added underfloor heating throughout and insulated the property to above present regulations which I'm sure they're getting the benefit from this winter.

We were to take down all existing extensions and remove foundations before remodelling the back of the house. Steel beams were installed to open up the entire rear of the house into what would become the Kitchen.
The existing ground floor was broken out and dug down to allow for a new concrete floor to run through seamlessly with the extension. We then fitted wet underfloor heating and screeded, once the extension walls and roof had been finished.
The extension roof was left vaulted underneath to give the feeling of more space. Plus with several Velux windows to flood the rooms with light.
