This house was a end terraced 3 bedroom property in need of full renovation. We added a double side extension to with an extra reception room to the ground floor and a larger kitchen diner. Up stairs benefitted from a new additional master bedroom with walk in wet room. The only thing to remain from the existing property was the block work and timbers for floors, ceilings and roof. A brand new Vaillant heating system was installed along with full electrical rewire and fuse board. All rooms were plastered and painted. Steels were installed into the kitchen to create and open plan kitchen/diner. Howdens supplied the base and wall units while the worktops were made from Bespoke American White Oak supplied by Norfolk Oak. 2 additional Bathrooms were installed to make 3 in total. The main Bathroom was extended to make it bigger. Bespoke shelf’s were made from a false wall. A downstairs shower room with toilet and an upstairs ensuite wet room were added. The front of the property underwent a massive overhaul and complete renovation. The ground was levelled off and a Dry Stone wall was created along the front and side of the property. A natural limestone patio was laid to create a path with steps down to road level.
