One of our most ambitious projects, J Stock constructed this modern new build in Binevenagh. We had to be precise with the building and achieve specific permission as the location is classified as an Area of Special Scientific Interest and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The build has lots of glass to create light and stunning view, as well as stone to mix contemporary design with a more natural aesthetic, fitting in with the surroundings. We also built a separate double garage and performed landscaping work for the long gravel driveway.
This project was finished in 2015.
