After recently moving into a new home it became apparent the conservatory was subsiding and needed to be replaced/rebuilt. After engaging with Jefferies Building they suggested a rebuild and we worked together on a design for a single story extension. All sailed through planning and the work began. The guys communicated well, worked extremely hard and made excellent progress communicating and checking with us throughout the process that we were happy etc. We had a bit of an issue with a neighbour who didn't like the extension and got the planning officer involved. Jefferies Building helped us with the planning officer to confirm that we were within the guidelines and all was fine and carried on. They went above and beyond multiple times, and the end result is a solid, high quality extension finished beautifully that is a fabulous addition to the property and the whole process was streamlined and fantastic thanks to Jefferies Building. I would never use another builder.

Tim, Tom and the lads in their team were excellent, they turned up when they said they would and were very tidy workers. Their attention to detail was excellent ie they were not happy with the match of the first lot of bricks that were delivered so they replaced them with others that matched the existing brickwork very well. I always felt completely comfortable when they were here working, they were friendly but never intrusive. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone.
