We were asked to build a single storey rear and side extension for this couple to create a larger kitchen and the addition of a separate dining room, downstairs shower room and office. In preparation for the work, the existing garage had to be demolished. As part of the new build, a new boiler was installed with all new electrics and underfloor heating fitted to the new downstairs shower room. New UPVC windows and French doors were fitted to the new build. All the external walls were pebble-dashed to match into the existing house. To finish off the garden a new patio was laid with a new concrete shed base.
