Stripping up of the old roof covering and decking. Fitting of roof installation, new roof covering, re-rendering of walls and new composite decking.

Complete strip out of kitchen. New floors, new damp proof course, new windows and doors, re-plastering, new plumbing and heating services, re-wire, supply and fit new kitchen units, new floor tiling and redecoration. 

To strip up existing coverings. Lay a new three layer high performance torch-on felt roof covering. Supply and fit new water tanks, construct new tank housing and clad in white UPVC. To clad over the existing coping with lead.

New roof covering using Marley burnt flame clay tiles. New rainwater goods and removal of redundant chimney stacks. New flat roofs to rear all as per building regulation approval. 

Removal of old 1970's stone cladding, shot blasting of brickwork, raking out joints and repointing. Finished with re-decorating. Very happy client.

Completed refurbishment of a bungalow for clients in Enfield. Re-placement of windows and doors, new bathroom, new kitchen, complete re-wire, works to central heating, re-decoration and external landscaping.
