This was a bespoke development with many unique elements to us as a house builder. Manor Farm sits at the edge of a small village in rural Lincolnshire which is rich in wildlife, and steps were made to make the site ecologically friendly including the installation of bird boxes, swift boxes, sparrow terraces, bat boxes and a bespoke bat loft.

Manor Farm also has a unique mix of materials; clay tiles, cottage bricks and timber cladding were all incorporated. Dog tooth corbeled brickwork was used, and feature bricks were used to create quoins. The single-story barns feature open vaulted ceilings with king post trusses and gallery landings. The two-story barns feature large, glazed frontages. Each home was also customised internally by the customer, giving rise to some exceptional, unique interiors.
