Our project was urgent, one requiring great compassion as well as requisite building expertise and project management capability.

A vulnerable family member had been hospitalised on account of declining mental health. These difficulties had contributed to a deterioration of the house fabric which was in very poor condition. The property was cold, damp, draughty with no sources of heating or running hot water. An urgent restoration was required in order to bring the home up to modern standards, while retaining the full character of the property, delivered in a time frame that would permit early rehabitation. As client we were 350 miles away, only occasionally able to make visits!
