From start to finish Kingstons Construction were professional and efficient. The team are dedicated, experienced and passionate about their work and the finished product is outstanding. We did a side and rear extension and the initial quote was accurate and with a number of extras added (wooden flooring, tiling, bathroom and kitchen installation, as well as outside paving) the team still managed to keep to the tight timelines set at the beginning of the project. The team are friendly and easy to communicate with and we were very happy to have them on site (we only moved out for 3 weeks). They were open to discussion about possible changes of plans and to new ideas that arose during the building work. My husband and I are really pleased with the extension and enjoying the space created. We would highly recommend Kingstons Construction to anyone and if we require anymore building work we will certainly use you again.

Neil and his team carried out a complete renovation of our kitchen, dining room and utility area. This included knocking down two walls, creating a new kitchen and bathroom, re-plumbing, re-plastering and re-flooring the whole area as well as managing a few unexpected difficulties in the build. The team worked well and were professional and tidy throughout. The work was carried out on time, to a very high standard and to all the specifications we requested. Kingstons Construction did an outstanding job on a relatively complex project, creating 2 new semi-detached houses from the shell of an existing house. From the initial consultation, Neil and his team put a great deal of care into planning the project to they could give me a comprehensive break-down of costs and timescales. At every stage of the development, Kingstons’ communication was excellent, and I felt well-informed of progress as the project unfolded. They continually made helpful suggestions and proposed alternative finishes until I was completely happy with the job. Overall, I can’t recommend Kingstons highly enough: They are a professional team who pride themselves on doing a great job and ensuring the customer is delighted, which I certainly am. We would highly recommend Neil and his excellent team to carry out any building project. They built our double side extension in the summer of 2017 and completed in the time given (five months) and well within the quote. The team are highly skilled, considerate and pleasant.
