This project was inspected by the BBA on behalf of the Federation of Master Builders on the 24/01/2023 and the photos have been provided from the inspection report.

The project consisted of the refurbishment of a block of flats. Sections of a pitched roof at the rear have been re-roofed, all external walls, windows and doors have been redecorated. 

Internally all walls and ceilings have been plastered and decorated, new doors, architraves and skirting fitted. Wooden panelling and wooden floors have also been laid, with new mouldings fitted to ceilings, suspended ceiling and lighting.

Kitchen and Bathrooms have been installed
