My wife & I are absolutely delighted with the work LG Building & Design did on our 1930s semi-detached home in Woking. Led by Luis Gonzalez, his team undertook a full renovation & extension, completing it in just 20 weeks, exactly as planned. From the outset, Luis was an outstanding builder and project manager, carefully handling complex tasks, coordinating three additional contractors, and managing scheduling and adaptations. His team provided valuable help in interior design, helping us select doors, fittings and flooring. LGBD delivered the project on time, on budget and with small additional costs for agreed-upon variations such as extra insulation and a rear patio. The site was always tidy, and the team worked well with neighbours on parking and noise control. Even when issues arose, Luis was always available to meet us, listened carefully, took ownership of the problems and ensured everything was resolved. We are thrilled with the quality of the work and by the service provided.
