We stripped all the plaster and walls, removed the damaged kitchen, and stripped bathroom tiles. Dehumidifiers were installed to allow the building to dry prior to reinstatement works.

With this project, we worked closely with the client's vision to achieve several functional rooms. Once used as a large storage area. We transformed the space into a bedroom, separate shower & toilet room and gym area. The conversion provided an additional room for there growing family and a completely separate gym area for all to use.
It is recommended to seek advice from your local planning authority to check you are able to convert under permitted development rights. It's also advantageous to get some plans drawn up before you start to maximise the space and receive accurate quotes.
