The scope for this project was simple - turn an unused outbuilding into a beautiful guest house. This old pump house had seen many different alterations over the decades and it was a challenge to not only bring it up to modern day standards but also retain it's charm. 

We took this building back to a bare shell and rebuilt the interior to an unrecognisable finish. The exterior was carefully altered to provide new entrances and window openings whilst retaining the original look of the period brickwork. We mixed old with new with smart features like the app controlled Velux windows with inbuilt rain sensors.
